i think that you should make it an iron-chef esque month! make ingredients for each week and you have to use that ingredient in your lunch or dinner every day. itll make you creative with your cooking as well. :) and once a week share the process of making that meal in a blog! liiiiike, apples? or turnips. or kale? or even salmon! yaaaaaaaaaay :).
