Yum! That looks muy delicioso! I like the hand cut lattice crust. My dad would enjoy eating that, blueberry pie is his favorite. My mom would probably enjoy baking with you, she has a lot of tricks up her sleeves. She pinches pie crust really nicely and the way she frosts a cake is impossible to duplicate.
